Often I listen that who love to wear spandex is gay but it’s false! I think many men love to wear spandex and they love women. I’m between these men and you? I like to wear spandex tight when I go to the gym or when I go to my mountain bike and frequently much women look me! Women don’t say and don’t admit their love to men in spandex! When I rear spandex tight I see their look on my dik or my butt, and then it is true, women love men in spandex!!! I have in order one adidas spandex tight, his name is ‘Atlanta tight’, I have one adidas blue tight with three with lines on the sides and one spandex black shiny tight for mountain bikes with white written ’spin bike’.
I usually wear a unitard to my gym when I work out, because I like one-piece garments when exercising. This way, I don’t have to worry about shirts untucking from pants (if that’s the style of the time) or catching on the machinery, or having shorts/pants/tights dropping off my waist. I just like the smooth lines that a unitard/singlet makes.
I enjoy wearing spandex, but I am definitely not gay and only am “turned on” by women in spandex. The thought of two men liking each other just seems bizarre to me. But hey, I’m pretty much a libertarian on that issue and have nothing against someone being “gay”. To each their own. However, I do “like” seeing men in spandex because I feel that the more men that wear spandex in public, the more easier/comfortable it is for me to wear it (and other men in general). For instance, when I run a half-marathon or am jogging in leggings, and there are a dozen other men wearing spandex, I feel more comfortable than if I were the only guy out there in spandex. I like this site because it’s rare — a spandex fetish site for straight men that also like wearing spandex; it fits in with who I am. Most sites I went to either had both genders in spandex, or only men. And most of the men on those other sites that wore spandex happened to be gay.
I love to wear spandex but not a gay
November 11th, 2011Do you like seeing men showing off in leotards
November 7th, 2011Personally I’m not a fan of seeing other men in them, but am not against guys wearing zentai suit, I’ve worn them before and it feels great when I do it at home. I just far prefer to see footage of women in them as they look so awesome. Plus it looks more natural to me. It’s up to guys what they do when wearing Leo’s, but do you enjoy watching pictures/videos of guys in all their glory wearing leotards showing off?
if you’re straight that will probably play a big part in your decision. I think we’re all on this site for the viewing of women in spandex/leotards. There are males on the forum who like to wear spandex items themselves, however because you wear it doesn’t mean you’d like to see it on other males. To answer your question myself, no I am not into seeing guys show off in leotards. I am a straight male and that probably plays a large role in my decision. I’ve always thought guys looked silly in a leotard. It really isn’t very flattering as we’re pretty bulgy in places. Whereas females are much more sleek looking!
Us guys who wear spandex, but don’t like seeing other guys in spandex is a big paradox. Sounds a bit like a double-standard. Me, I don’t think guys in spandex are a bad thing. I think everyone should wear spandex, not just the girls. That way, they can get the support of their muscles while seeing them work at the same time. For guys, though, I think a singlet or unitard would be best rather than a leotard. However, leotards were originally made for men by a male acrobat.
I find it’s weird that I like to wear but wouldn’t like to see men in it. I think I don’t the sight but you know, it’s like looking at women, I prefer to look at some guy that I think looks nice. I’m not into men but this doesn’t mean I know that I “prefer” certain type of men, it’s pretty obvious. I also would prefer seeing a man in a unitard than a leotard. As someone said, I find the look of leotard on a man to look a bit silly. I really like it on my gf though, of course.
Keep my hat from falling off my head
October 31st, 2011If all goes according to plan, I may be going to my local downtown area to celebrate Halloween. I may be wearing a hat on Halloween night because it goes with my black zentai suit, but I am worried some drunk might try to grab it. In the past, I’ve had drunk people try to remove my mask or take one of the props I am carrying, but I am always too strong and quick for them to take anything, but a hat may be easier for them to try and steal and I rather not have to chase them down and get into a fight which could lead to me being arrested, so I am trying to think of ways where the hat won’t be able to come off or be pulled off.
Someone suggested using thick glitter and putting it into the hat and that the glitter works as a grip, but that sounds kind of odd. Would that actually work? And where could I get thick glitter? I know at various stores they sell bags of glitter, but is it thick glitter? lol. It just seems to me if I put glitter in the hat, as soon as I put the hat on, glitter would be falling everywhere. This suggestion was picked by the person who asked the question and the one who gave the answer seemed pretty seriously, so that is why I was considering it. Finally, barrettes. Again, I’ve never used them and I am guessing I’d have to put a few barrettes on my head and in the inside of the hat.
So before I go to all this trouble to see if this stuff would work, I thought I’d ask others if they ever tried this kind of stuff before or if they have any other suggestions. Thank you for reading. I usually give them a brow beating sometimes and then they flee like cowards. A drunken girl tried to steal my fake machete once and when I gave her a very hard look followed by an intense growl. I thought she was going to cry and she got to out sight so fast, you’d think she disappeared into thin air.
I can’t picture some jerk really making a long effort to remove the hat. I wouldn’t just stand there and let them try either. My concern is one of them grabbing it and running, but it’s so crowded it’d be hard for them to get very far without me stopping them and calling a cop over who are normally everywhere. Anyhow, as hours pass I am thinking of just taking a risk and dealing with drunks directly if they cause me any trouble.
I’m trying to build a Night Terrors Wares the Clown
October 24th, 2011I’m trying to build something similar to a Night Terrors Wares the Clown. I would just buy one but Wares is 400.00 and Chunk is 1500.00 and my total build budget is 2500.00. It looks easy enough to do. I just want to know if anyone can tell me exactly how the head attaches, what the under body looks like and how it fits. I think the hands go into the arms at the elbow on Chunk. On Wares they are just extended arms.
I was just starting the process of a build of a Fearscape look alike. I bought the mask a couple of years ago and haven’t been able to put anything together yet. I did a couple of rudimentary drawings of what I thought needed to be done for the skeleton of the beast. I will make them a little easier to view and PM them to you later. It might be fun to attack this build at the same time. If you are like me, you need a slight competition to get things going! Look for the artwork in 24 to 48 hours. If I build it, it will not even make a dent in the $2500 budget you have planned. Heck my whole budget is around $25 bucks. That includes the before and after haunt party as well as a box of wine.
The Wares would be the easier of the two to build I’m thinking…oversized costume, reached-type hands made from foam that are simply held by the actor, and the shoulder pads/head. One of the most difficult pieces of both for me so far is the head. It seems to move around as the actor moves and isn’t actually attached to the shoulder padding. How to do it? My latest idea was to get a bike helmet, stuff the mask till solid and then somehow attach it to the helmet. I’m thinking for the mask I might use one of Bump’s Killer Clowns. If I go for the fat clown look like with Fearscapes I could use Fatso. If I go with Wares I could use Klownzilla…which is the idea I’m leaning more toward. Maybe add some faux chains to his arms like he broke loose.
I can’t seem to make up my mind for Halloween costumes
October 18th, 2011There are so many things I want to dress up as and I can’t seem to make up my mind. I’m so excited for Halloween; it’s already on my mind. I’ve been trying to think what would be good to dress up as. Last year Halloween for me was very depressing indeed and I want to prepare myself this year. Just thought I’d ask a little help from my friends on here cause you guy’s always help me out and I love you guys for that! Here’s what I have in mind so far… A gypsy. I always tend to play with a lot of tarot cards in my own free time and the black lycra suit I found online was great! Fairy. I’m obsessed with fairies. Yuna from Final Fantasy. She’s my favorite character in a video game. I’ve played the game once with my boyfriend and ever since then I’ve been obsessed with Final Fantasy games.
Being a gypsy is a little iffy to me, but it isn’t the costume that concerns me, it’s the term. The Romani tribes have long been described with the word gypsy or gyps, and it isn’t a flattering term. They have a long and tragic history, so I’m careful about gypsy portrayals. This is just my personal hang-up. Shrug it off if you want. However… The classic ‘gypsy’ outfit of hoop earrings, head wrap and scarves is perfect for what you have in mind, i.e., Fortune-Teller. Calling you something like Madame Oracle the Fortune Teller, Mistress of the Major Arcane doesn’t make a statement about Romani culture or stereotypes at all. That could be fun, very classy and would add a classic element to your Halloween. Finally, I like some of the modern images of faeries. Being an Autumn faerie, a pumpkin faerie, a graveyard faerie or a spider faerie – things like that not only give you a lot of room for personal creativity with makeup and costume, but people love to see that stuff.
I’m a big fan of taking a costume, whether it is store bought or original, and mixing it up a little bit. Do you have a crystal ball that you could carry around? Maybe you could put something inside the ball that has some cryptic hidden message in it or something. You could also be a doom and gloom fortunes tell with lots of black and dark colors. I am a final fantasy fan myself- 7 being my favorite but 10 is my second- so much so that I have made AMVs for both… and Yuna’s costume is pretty great in my opinion. I guess my question would be how important (to you) is it for other people to recognize your costume? Im not sure how many people know who Yuna is. This costume is going to be much harder to come by than the other two… hopefully you know someone that can sew!
Bram Stoker’s Dracula costume
October 13th, 2011I was giving serious thought to going as Dracula (massive red cape costume, worn in Castle Dracula) from Bram Stoker’s film. Was just wondering if anyone had any ideas on how to achieve this.
For the zentai suits, I was going to try and find a red satin kimono/dressing gown, along with a cape in the same color of material and wear it over a sort of white nightgown. The cape from the movie is massive (think 10ft train!), so I could get some fabric and sew it on to give some extra length, and then I could get some gold fabric paint to add the gold embellishment. Any thoughts on this, or can anyone think of a better way of doing it (not the world’s best sat sewing!). Any help would be really appreciated! The wig should be simple enough; get a white wig from the costume shop and style it with mouse and hairpins. As should the make-up latex for the ear detail, off white cream makeup with blue for the veins, so it’s just the costume I’m struggling with! And not forgetting, of course, the long fingernails, and furry palms.
I am making this costume this year. I have to say I am concerned mostly about the wig, so if you discover any info let me know. For the robe, I went to my local fabric store, and bought a material similar to that of silk. Then I bought a kimono pattern to construct it properly. The patterns are basically piece of paper that you pin to the fabric, cut out the fabric in these shapes, then sew together. I know that sounds tough but maybe you could find someone that could help you put it together. The gold fabric paint is a brilliant idea; I’m looking for an order of the Dracula stencil right now. Let me know if you come across anything. Everything else, I’m in the same boat as you. Let me know if you have found anything else and I will do the same.
Massive creeper costume
September 26th, 2011What I’d like to do this year is create a very large, hulking, “reacher” style zentai suit. If you’re not familiar with the term, they are the costumes you see with the large arm extensions, and large heads. I want to create something that is very scary, but not that terribly hard to make. I’m also not quite sure what kind of creature monster I should try to make. Werewolves seem to have been done quite often, but if I go for something like an alien monster or some other creature, I’m not sure if I’d be able to pull it off. I have the mechanical ability to build something like this, but I lack the finer artistic skills to do very intricate painting/detail work. I had wanted to build in a voice-changer or some kind of bull-horn into the costume, so I can make loud grunting and roaring sounds. Also, I was thinking of modifying crutches and using them in the arms – that way I can use them to walk/run in the same manner that a Gorilla will use its arms while running. Do you guys have any recommendations on something that would fit this bill?
I actually thought to do something similar to the old Dark Crystal Land Striders ? if anyone remembers the docu on its effects. Basically your arm extension idea as well as dog leg extensions. Problem with that is having the body strength to support the strut between your shoulders and hips… which anymore I do not. I would suggest foam and latex appendages, mounted on rods down you’re for arms that wrap/secure with velcro straps around your forarms and wrists. That way you can do the “reaching” and can also grip the rod for added support/leverage. I don’t think I would use crutches if you’re intending to “reach” a lot… that would wear me out in no time.
I’m doing something similar but with pvc pipe strapped to my back so I won’t have a sore neck either. A customizer, my fingers are naturally curved too, I’m thinking about having elastic bands inside the fingers so that when i slacken the fishing line that I’m using to move the fingers, the fingers will return to the more straight but still curved state. Is this what you did??
Latex clothes in mainstream cinema
September 14th, 2011Here’s a scene where Serena (played by Gisele Bundchen) comes to talk to Emily and notices that Andy is all dressed up and very fashionable. Serena is wearing a pencil knee length skirt I believe. I saw Devil Wears Prada on a flight to london not long ago, but I don’t recall that skirt. Maybe after a few glasses of wine on the plane, I wasn’t paying very close attention.
Beyonce is a real knock-out, and this video shows yet again that great pvc catsuits bring out a woman’s natural beauty even more. My personal fave from this clip: the outfit / look when she “plays” the guitar, with the black/red corsage, the long latex-clad legs, and the “big” hair. Now if only the song Green light itself wouldn’t get on my nerves so badly… but hey: I can always mute it and play FAQ while watching the clip, instead. Me and my crazy ideas… I just did mute the clip’s video and pulled up RD’s MySpace profile to play FAQs “One Trip…”, and the freaky thing is: the beats are a perfect match, so all the dance moves are in total sync with FAQ’s song – hilarious! This, of course, just encourages me further to bug you, RD, even more about creating some latex-heavy knock-out music videos with FAQ!
The imagery is great! Either Beyonce has found herself a latex addiction, or she has a stylist/producer who does! Now let’s see what she wears to the next MTV awards show… Any idea what designers were involved? I think a lot of it looks like what you see coming out of London these days – especially the “guitar” outfit. And have you seen that video that Christina Aguillera has that is set as WWII revue? At least one of the outfits she wears is most certainly latex – looks a lot like Laura’s work for Vex or maybe House of Harlot or Breathless. Do you have any inside scoops?
That really is a tough decision on different costumes
September 8th, 2011I’m stuck between two different costumes. The design of the mini haunted room is going to depend on which superhero costumes I wear. I want to do something kind of scary, but not enough to scare away the little TOTs. I’ve got two costumes I could do and spend the least amount of money. A life size doll for a haunted children’s room. Room with a large collection of antique dolls, wooden toys, and stuffiest with a huge chair to sit in. Maybe with a tiny tea set covered in webs. Or a twisted version of the Mad Hatter, for a tea party room. The room would feature a table with a variety of tea cups, tea pots, saucers, clocks, bugs, spider webs, rats accompanied with creepy music.
That really is a tough decision (excellent drawings and designs, by the way). Is this for a large or small yard haunt? I would decide based on the rest of the haunt’s theme. Is it general Halloween imagery or a very diverse assembly of themes? I think the doll would be better for a general theme, as suddenly encountering a mad Hattress would be a bit jarring if the rest of the place is done up with zombies, ghosts and classic ghouls. But if you have a theme that goes well with a visit to Wonderland, the Hatter would be appropriate.
It’s going to be an extremely small haunt. Since we’re on base housing I can’t build anything large. But I’m going to decorate and fix up our carport and turn it into a scene. We have a small collection of tombstones that will be way at the end of our driveway, but no zombies or ghouls. Since either one would be set up as an indoor room I thought it would be okay if they were a different scene.
What is good for each situation
September 2nd, 2011There are all kinds of different forms of make-up and it can be pretty overwhelming to someone who doesn’t know what to get. What is good for each situation? For example, I’m going as a clown. The make-up will have a white foundation, as most classic Green Lantern Halloween costume do. What kind of make-up would work best?
Traditionally clowns use grease make up. But really grease make-up is not partial. Number one it feels like gross thick oil on your skin and will smear at the slightest touch. It’s also a pain to get off because it leaves a residu (sp?). And if you sweat, it will sweat with you. For your base I would go with a cake make-up because it should lat you a little longer than grease. Cream could be you second choice. For the other details you could use cream make up though but go for a good brand like Ben Nye. I was a clown for a day last year and I had to use grease paint for my mouth and eyebrows and it was gross. But I will admit that as the day went on the greasepaint did get a cool smudge look here and there. It just depends what you want.
I did grease/cream makeup and it was alright. The grease was a bitch to work with. I couldn’t get it to stick to the mask when stippling and couldn’t get it to spread at all. I used a latex prosthetic mask. And the cream was a nightmare because late in the evening when I would smile, or make a face that would move the prosthetic since it had dried, my paint started to flake off. This year I’m going with PAX makeup which is acrylic paint mixed with a surgical latex adhesive. hopefully it’ll turn out better than last year. It’s supposed to be a b*tch to get off, but at the same time, when applied and fully dry it is acrylic/latex and it stretches and bends and will allow me to do all the facial expressions.
